Monday-Friday : 9am - 7pm
Saturday-Sunday: 9am - 5pm

Can I create an account to buy merchandise?
Yes, you can create an account by using create an account feature at the top of the homepage. This will allow you to fill out all of your personal information and create a hassle-free shopping experience.
Can I come to your showroom to see your product line?
Sorry, we currently do not have a showroom for consumers to come and see. You can view all of the product details on individual product pages or by messaging us for any inquiries. If you still need more information you can contact us and we arrange for an appointment with you.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Shopify Pay and Visa.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Absolutely! We understand that the safety of your personal information very important. To maintain your privacy and uphold your trust we use many electronic and physical security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.
Come I buy your products for wholesale purposes?
Yes, we encourage wholesalers and retailers to buy our merchandise. You can use our site's "Add to Quote" functionality to create a quote request with the specific products you are looking for. We will be sure to reach out within 24 hours to get you the best pricing available.
What do I do if the merchandise that I have received is damaged?
Consumer satisfaction is our priority. You can fill out the Damaged Merchandise Form with all of the product information and an image of the product that you received. After that, we will get back to you with the next steps in the return process.
Where do you ship your products?
Currently, we only ship our products throughout Canada ranging from Newfoundland to British Columbia. We will also offer shipping to the US in the near future.
How long will you ship our orders in?
