Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale Items (clearance, seasonal, limited collections)
• Personalized Items (engraved, monogrammed, or custom-finished items)

Return Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fee is deducted from refunds (even for free shipping orders).
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Returns are free only if the item is physically dropped off at our distribution centre.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and follow our Claims Process page →.
• We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

• Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
